A Confirmation Letter for High Level Foreign Talents issued from the Chinese Government is required. R visa allow multiple entries for a term up to 5 to 10 years. The requirements for Talent (R) visa are detailed below.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do not staple any of the documents together. The Consulate will reject all stapled applications. Paperclips may be used.<\/h4>\r\n<p><strong>Please note that the checklist for visa applications can vary. Visa officers from different countries make decisions based on each applicant&#8217;s specific circumstances. Once we understand your situation, we will provide the best possible solution, but we cannot guarantee 100% success in obtaining a visa. Make sure you are as prepared as possible for your trip to China.<\/strong> &#8211; 10\/7\/2024<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1: Original Passport Plus a Photocopy of the Name Page<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<h2>\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Please include the original passport. The visa will be printed on your passport.<\/li>\r\n<li>It is recommended that passports have at least 6 months left before expiration.<\/li>\r\n<li>The passport should have at least 2 blank visa pages. Please keep in mind, this does not include the last 3 pages, as those are reserved by the US Department of State.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you have previously held a Chinese Visa, please provide a photocopy of previous Chinese visa.<\/li>\r\n<li>If previous Chinese visa is on an old passport, photocopy of old passport is required.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you have a VALID Chinese visa on an old passport and would like to apply for a new visa, you will need to submit both old and current original passports.<\/li>\r\n<li>Non-US passport holders must provide a photocopy of their proof of legal stay in the US. Green card, full copy off I-20 or long term US visa such as: L, H, F, TN. B1\/B2 visa will not be eligible. Please do not send original unless the Chinese Consulate specifically request it.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Certain Non-US passport holders cannot apply for a visa through third parties or are blocked entry to China: we recommend to send an email inquiry or wait for Consulate announcements.<\/h4>\r\n<h2>\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n<h2>\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2: Your Visa Application Form<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<h2>\r\n\r\n<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Link to form: <a href=\"http:\/\/cova.mfa.gov.cn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cova.mfa.gov.cn<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>Fill out the application on your computer, print it, and sign it manually. Do not complete the form by hand, and avoid using digital signatures.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure all fields are filled in. If a section is not relevant to you, enter &#8220;None&#8221; or &#8220;N\/A.&#8221;<\/li>\r\n<li>After completing the form, do not click &#8220;Continue.&#8221; Instead, click &#8220;Save&#8221; and provide us with both the application number and your passport number. The form must be reviewed by us before submission.<\/li>\r\n<li>Please note, non-U.S. passport holders are only eligible to apply for Single or Double Entry visas.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3: One Recent Passport Photo<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The photo needs to contain your full face on a white background. The photo cannot be older than 6 months.<\/li>\r\n<li>Your local drugstore (such as Walgreens or CVS) are great places to get a passport photo taken.<\/li>\r\n<li>Please attach the photo to the application with a paperclip. High quality copy will be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/><!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<div class=\"title-block\">\r\n<div class=\"title-block\">\r\n<h2><strong>6: <\/strong><strong>Where You Stay From<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Print and complete the Where You Stay From form: <a href=\"https:\/\/apostvisa.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Where-You-Stay-Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click Here<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n<div class=\"title-block\"><!-- \/wp:separator -->\r\n<h2><strong>8: First-Time Applicants with Chinese Parents<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>First-time applicants, regardless of age, who have Chinese parents must provide the following:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>A copy of their birth certificate<\/li>\r\n<li>Copies of their parents&#8217; passports<\/li>\r\n<li>Proof of their parents&#8217; legal status at the time of the applicant&#8217;s birth<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>If these documents are unavailable, a travel document will be issued.<\/p>\r\n<!-- wp:separator --><hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/><!-- \/wp:separator -->\r\n<h2><strong>9: First-Time Applicants of Asian Descent<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Applicants who appear to be of Asian descent must provide their birth certificate and copies of their parents&#8217; passports.<\/p>\r\n<!-- wp:separator --><hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/><!-- \/wp:separator -->\r\n<h2><strong>10: Additional Requirements For Each Consulate<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"stepContent\">Main requirements for Chinese visa are usually the same across the Chinese Consulates, however, there are some certain requirements for each Chinese Consulate.
