一、护照原件
1.请检查护照上是否有最少1张空白并上面写有VISA的页面。
2.根据所申请的签证有效期检查护照是否有对的应有效期，如申请3月1次要有6个月以上有效期，申请一年多次要有18个月有效期。十年多次签证只要求护照有效期在一年以上即可。
3.将护照照片资料页复印1份。
二、请填写中国签证申请表并将照片用订书器订在照片区域。
1.请下载并填写中国签证申请表。申请表的填写格式要求相当严格，请务必查看签证表格填写指南。
2.签证照片要求: 本人近期、正面、彩色、免冠2*2英寸照片１张，用订书钉器在申请表上。
