申请材料：
A. 护照：有效期为6个月以上、有空白签证页的护照原件及护照照片资料页复印件1份。
B. 签证申请表及照片：填写澳门签证申请表格，提交1张护照照片。
C. 申请人在美国的居留身份证明：如绿卡、工卡、工作签证、学生签证等原件和复印件。

申请注意事项：
1、中国护照必须有8个月或以上有效期
2、正常办理签証时间需要5个工作日，
3 、签証有效期两个月（单次进入），在台停留期限不能超过15天
4、客人需持台湾签证原件登机
5、如需一年3次入境，额外付$15
6、此签证不可搭乘有中国大陆直飞台湾飞机，但可以搭乘台湾直飞中国大陆飞机
